XPS 8920, USB Hub prevents boot
XPS8920. With USB 3 hub plugged into power, the computer will not even start boot, even with an empty hub, When I Remove power from the USB hub, computer boots normally. Any powered hub does this - not a faulty hub. How can I get to boot with USB hub plugged into power? Thanks. Peter

Reboot and immediately press F2 to open BIOS setup.

Thanks for the response.
Hub is connected to a rear USB port.
It is USB 3 connected to USB 3 port.
Changing port makes no difference.
Secure Boot is Disabled.
Legacy OPROM Enabled (with a warning not to disable, lest a complete system restore be needed).
Boot Option #1 UEFI: Win Boot Manager - confirmed
No disable USB option present.

What if the hub is connected to USB2 port?
I suspect having Legacy OPROM enabled may be the problem, if there's no option to disable USB boot.
So you may have to live with either disconnecting power to the USB hub or unplugging it from the PC before booting. Or disable the Legacy OPROM in BIOS and risk having to reinstall, and even then I still can't guarantee that will solve the problem...
If you decide to disable the OPROM, image your entire hard drive first, to be safe, and assist a quick recovery, after re-enabling the OPROM.
