XPS 8930, cooling upgrade?

I have the Dell XPS 8930 and stream/ play games at the same time. The stock cooling is not doing any good when under load. I am hitting about 212 degrees F, roughly 100 to 102 degrees C. Upgraded cooling in any sort that will cool under heavy load is what I need. What will fit, air cooling or liquid.
