XPS 8930, shutdown and restart issues

Dell XPS-8930 purchased in September 2019.
The C-drive is NVMe Toshiba 512gb disc.
I also have two Seagate Barracuda hard disk installed, one 4tb and one 2tb.
BIOS Version is 1.1.24.
Windows 11 Version 22H2 Build 22621.1344

I experienced that Windows File Explorer would randomly stop responding.
Restarting Windows would take some 10 minutes before booting up again.
When shutting down Windows, the monitor would turn off, but the white led light on Start Button on the pc would stay on for some 15 minutes before turning off.

I then decided to do a Factory Reset to Windows 10 and upgraded to Windows 11 22H2 and all updates applied.

However, I still experience the same problems.
I then ran Hardware Test from F12 prompt, which came up clear.
Also ran sfc /scannow finding no problems.

As someone suggested it may be hard disk failure, I ran chkdsk [drive:] /f /r /x on all disc.
The reports also came back clear.

I have also performed health check using DISM command.

But all to no avail.

Any help and advice is greatly appreciated, thanks.

After a lot of searching on the internet, a possible solution mentioned was to disabling Fast Startup in Windows setting and that seems to have done the trick.

At least I haven't had any more problems so far.

Would be interesting to hear if anyone else have had the same issue ?

Thank you,
