XPS 8940, no KB BIOS message when booting
XPS 8940 running Win 11with Microsoft Bluetooth KB and Mouse
When I reboot, my BIOS tells me that there is no kb attached so I cant enter the BIOS without attaching a USB kb. I have a Bluetooth kb and mouse. Is there a solution? Thx

I assume you mean an 8940?
What is the make and model of the mouse/keyboard combo?
Is this 'new' in that you just installed them or is the XPS new?
I've got Logitech mouse/keyboard combo and they work on boot and in the BIOS. They use a USB Unifying receiver though.
Possible you need to install those on a running system with drivers and utilities to be seen on the next boot?

@WSZsr
There's nothing wrong with your PC.
You can't use a Bluetooth keyboard or mouse until after Windows loads. BT doesn't work for BIOS setup because its driver hasn't loaded, which requires Windows to load. No way around that.
You'll just have to use USB keyboard, wired or wireless, to enter BIOS setup.

Windows is not like Apple-Mac, so UEFI BIOS will complain if you only have a Bluetooth one connected.
Is there not a BIOS option to control keyboard errors (there commonly is on Windows desktops).

Assuming this is an XPS 8940, there is an option to disable keyboard errors in BIOS setup, but that's still not going to let @WSZsr use a Bluetooth keyboard before Windows loads, eg in BIOS setup.
