numeric keypad not working for password login
Very weird...numeric keypad for Win 10 XPS Precision desktop not working for login to use computer but is working for typing Word document. Please advise. Thanks.

It is possible the Num Lock is not enabled. Also look at this article: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/numlock-startup-windows-7-8

@docmaf - What's an "XPS Precision desktop" ?
It's either an XPS or a Precision, and exactly which model number?
