problem with headphones

latitude e6430, windows 10. I have a problem with headphones playback. I connect them through the usb port (I can't through 3.5 mm because it is broken), they glow, and besides the usb port is working (if a mouse is connected to it, then it works). There is simply no sound in the headphones, the sound from the video is played through the speakers. Everything seems to be fine with the drivers, the usual high definition audio speakers. In the sound settings, the output can only be switched to speakers, headphones are not available. I already installed the realtek 2019 driver(not help) and looked to see if there were any missing audio in the drivers - dont have any missing.
