Battery Calibration issue XPS 13 9360
I recently noted that the battery life was deteriorating and thought it was at its end. Then I noted that if I turn off battery saver, the battery keeps going for hours, yet the battery shows full. Once I unplug it, I get the Battery low blue message, although still fully charged. From here on the battery meter drains fast until it shows 0%. I also noted that it never recharge to 100%.
After the battery meter dropped to 0% I can still work for some hours.
I followed some solutions by draining the battery until it totally shuts down, then recharged it and so on, but with no success. I factory reset the bios as well. Still the same
Any possible solution?

Today's lithium batteries do not get calibrated like old models. They also do not last as long as before. In fact,18 to 24 months is the average life of today's thinner, lighter batteries.

I have updated all drivers as per your post. The Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Driver had a newer version already installed, however I have rebooted with and without this proposed update, hoping it might have been the last update that created the issue.
Unfortunately, I still have the same issue. The laptop has been unplugged for more than an hour now, while the battery level shows 0%. Also, on startup I get the "critical" notification, yet I can still get around 3 hours unplugged.

Exactly the same problem as schwedhart (it's been happening for a short time - a month or a little more) with an XPS 9350: 0% or less than one minute left, and (after the "critical" notification when restarting) I can still work for more than two hours. No calibration method worked.
May some windows update be involved? Ok, my computer is six years old, and it's obvious that the battery can't be what it used to be, but the problem happened all of a sudden - the battery usually lasted up to almost three hours, while now, with a 100% charge, the computer goes off in 45 minutes or less (but then I can continue using it, with 0% battery, after the critical restart, for another two or more hours...)
