Battery life xps 9310 oled

Hi,

I bought a new dell xps 9310 oled i7 1185g.

0 % wear level. but the battery life average is about 6h in web surfing. is it normal ?

activating battery save mode will reduce processor speed in web surfing ?

other question, why it is not possibe to know the battery cycle count like asus and lenovo ?
