Best Docking Station for Dell XPS 9500

Hi All - 

First and foremost appreciate anyone taking the time to review my post and provide any assistance.  To be blunt - I am very desperate.  

Background

Currently have the a 2020 XPS 15 9500 which I have hooked up to three external monitors (1920 X 1080) while simultaneously running my labtop screen.  To be clear this is three external monitors and one internal screen running independently at the same time (ie. not mirroring any displays here this is purely independent from one another).  I primarily use this computer for work and enjoy being able to monitor various dashboards/emails/chats simultaneously without having to toggle back and forth.  I am not a graphic designer nor do I use this computer for gaming.  Having four independent displays is currently being accomplished by my Dell D6000 docking station.

Issues:

The reason I am reaching out is that I believe now that the D6000 docking station has been the cause to my never ending issues with this computer.  I have been battling these issues since I first bought this computer in the fall of 2020. I have heard mixed messages from Dell but believe the D6000 often causes my computer to restart randomly.  Upon restarting the computer refuses to charge until I hold down the power button and force it to restart.  Only then will the computer begin operating and taking a charge.  Obviously not an expert here but I believe the fact that the docking station charges my computer at 60hz vs. 180hz is the reason for this hiccup.  Last year my computer imploded I had two motherboards amongst a handful of other things fixed .  After giving a concrete background on my needs (ie. monitors needed) - so far Dell has recommended that I buy two docking stations the WD22TB4 and the WD19TB.  Of course neither of these actually met my needs as they wouldn't allow me to run three external monitors and one internal display simultaneously.  Dell is now telling me accomplishing my current set up is impossible and not supported.  They also cannot explain why I am able to accomplish my current set up with the D6000 docking station.  This is why I am here.       

Questions:

Why is it that the D6000 allows for my computer to run three external screens and one internal screen (ie. four in total) simultaneously/independently of one another while the other docking stations do not? If it's related to the DisplayLink functionality of the D6000 docking station - is there a displaylink docking station that would allow for four screens (ie. my current set up) while also charging my computer at 180W?  If it is not related to displaylink - any recommendations on next steps here to get this accomplished?  My goal is to locate a new docking station (doesn't have to be a 2023 model) that will mimic the functionality of my D6000 docking station without charging my computer at a lower spec. causing it to trip up constantly.  Additionally I would prefer my screens still run at 1080 x 1920.  I should add as well - as an added bonus my wife has been using my D6000 for her 2017 macbook pro which after downloading some drivers allows her to use all four screens which is added bonus for when I am in office and she is working from home .  It would be great if she could continue to use her Macbook as well.
