Black screen
hello, I recently bought a Dell xps 9570 and a few days ago I had a black screen. Keyboard lit up and battery indicator shows the battery is full. someone know ,how I can fix this

If you recently bought it new from Dell contact Support. You have a one year warranty on hardware. If it is a used computer, try attaching an external monitor to test the screen. That will also help you find a fix if the ext monitor works. You can run the Diagnostics to test everything.
