Camera not found

Hi, My camera doesn't work anymore. My computer could not found it. I've tryed "SupportAssist/troubleshooting", but I cannot select my Camera, because it's not there. I cannot found it in Driver Device too.

My computer has one year one.

Ma caméra n'est plus détecté par mon ordinateur. Le SupportAssist/Troubleshoot ne la trouve pas. Elle n'apparet même pas dans Gestionnaire des Périphériques.

Mon ordi est neuf !!! un an seulement.
