Caps Lock notification not showing on XPS 9360 (WIN10)

Well... I just formatted my XPS13 9360 and realized the 'caps block' visual notification is not showing when pressed, but it was perfectly working before the format. At the beginning I thought it was because I didn't have installed Quickset Application, then I realized there isn't any available download link for this application from the Dell's drivers website (weird...). Any other notifications like volume, brightness and flight mode are showing correctly. 

I've been through almost any windows settings without luck. Only found the 'beeping' notification but that's not the one I am looking for.

Any ideas to try?
