DELL XPS 13 9310 ISSUES

I recently bought a dell XPS 13 9310 model and i can tell you that it has many drawbacks. The first problem is that after 1 week of using it, i have experienced the black screen of death problem. I surf the web or doing something else and suddenly the screen goes black for 10 seconds but the sound is on. For example i am in a skype meeting, the screen goes for 10 seconds off but i can hear the voices of others. I tried everything i saw on the web but nothing changed. 2nd problem, the fans and temperature, when im using the laptop all of a sudden the fans start running  and the temperature is increasing a lot... I thought that this may be a BIOs problem but everything (drivers, bios) is up to date. Lastly, sound crackling. The sound is good but in many cases it does a weird sound and so i can't hear clearly anything. I contacted with dell support and they give me some advices about the black screen but nothing changed. However, i like all the laptop features and it runs very fast. Could you give me any suggestions ? I feel like it need to be replaced

I recently bought my XPS 13 9300 at the end of Nov 2020, I haven't had any blue screens but it still freezes upon start up and to fix it I have to force restart with the power button 3-4 times before it finally loads through and I can use it properly. Need help also!

I have the same issue with my XPS 13 9310. Is there a solution yet regarding the black screen issue?

Hi! Same issues here, for the fan problem, I deactivated turbo boost in BIOS...probably decrease the perfs but no more fan activation for no reason... For the other trouble, and also bluetooth stability well reviewed, we have probably just to wait.... Too many problems DELL, please release soon all the drivers to fix this.

Try seeing if turning off HDR and turning down the refresh rate to 48Hz solves the issue. Some have reported (on an earlier model) that turning off panel self-refresh in the Intel Graphics Command Center helps, as well as other settings there (but mainly power related ones).  Others say turning off hardware acceleration (in browsers) solves display turning black:

I've been trying to get my system replaced or serviced and after jumping through multiple hoops I'm still getting the run-a-round....every time I ask for a manager I keep getting transferred to another queue. When can I expect someone from Sr. Management to address this?

It will be 1 month tomorrow!
