DELL XPS 13 9360 - Integrated camera is not working properly

Hi everyone,

The integrated camera is not working properly since last weekend.

When I open the Camera app in Windows 10, it shows a black screen.

Here is the screenshot of running hardware diagnostics in SupportAssist.

The device is detected in Device Manager. The camera is also enabled in BIOS setting.

Has anyone got this error before? And how to fix it? The last resort is to do factory reset.
