DELL XPS 15 9950 NVIDIA GPU not detected

Hello,

I have a problem with my NVIDIA GPU which is not detected under device manager sometimes, but now, It is not working at all. Is it dead ?

I tried uninstall drivers etc. but no help.

All my drivers and BIOS are updated.
