Dell X13 9310 (Nov 2020) - Hifi System - USB Digital to Analog Converter Issue - Flat Sound - No Bass

Hello,

I have a "weird problem".
At home, I have a complete hifi system to listen to music.
How it works :
- The computer (Dell XPS13 9310 - November 2020) is connected by USB 2.0 to the Digital to Analog Converter
- The Digital to Analog Converter is connected to the Hifi amplifier by RCA cable
- The Hifi amplifier transmit sound to the speaker

Each time I restard or I shut down / start the computer the sound become flat / with no bass.
I have to delete the device and install again in order to have a "normal sound".
(I'm also have a Bluetooth issue https://www.dell.com/community/XPS/XPS-9310-Bluetooth-lag-with-Logitech-MX-Keys-MX-Master-3/td-p/7722510)

Are you running the latest BIOS on your 9310 ?

Please post exact make/model of both of these:

- DAC
- HiFi Amp

Also, how are you connecting XPS-13 (9310) to DAC via USB-2.0, when the 9310 does not have any native USB-2.0 ports on-board?

I think I Found a solution.
I Use A Dell Screen UltraSharp 25 USB-C : U2520D.
I have desactivated the SoundDriver related to the screen and now its fine !

Same problem,

Same issue

When I restart my PC, no bass...
I have to uninstall the USB Digital to Analog Converter (TEAC UD 501) and install it again.
After that the sound is good...

Each time I restart my computer... Each time I have the same issue.
