Dell XPS 13 9370 camera not detected
Hi,
I've had my XPS 13 9370 for 3 years now. About 1 year ago (right when the pandemic started), my camera stopped working. It is not detected when I go to control panel, and when I try to find drivers for it, it doesn't detect a camera in the system. As you can imagine, this is a huge problem in the era of work from home and Zoom meetings.
I ran SupportAssist and it was unable to detect the camera.
Would appreciate your help urgently.

Service manual linked below -- check the condition of the cable that connects the camera to the mainboard.

If it's simply unplugged, reattach it. If it's damaged, that's a more serious problem, as it's likely part of the display assembly on this model, meaning the entire display assembly will almost certainly need to be replaced.
