By the way, one more thing:

If you are using "Adaptive" mode (although it's still strange taking 6h), it's important to note that in order to protect battery longevity, the laptop will charge very slowly afer 80% battery level... So, when using Adaptative, you should check how fast it charges let's say from 20 to 80%... and you will note this will be much faster than from 80 to 100%.

If you want to have a more regular rate, choose either "Standard" or "Express Charging" in BIOS or Dell Power Manager.

Hi there. I also have a XPS 13 9320 Plus, I've been using it for a month now. It sounds really strange that it takes 6h to recharge. Here are the numbers that I get when charging:

 (Obs: there is a setting you can change - either in BIOS or Dell Power Manager app - about how fast the battery is charged. The default is "Adaptive" which will vary the charge rate based on your use. I changed it to "Express Charge" in order to make it a bit faster for me)

Charge rate: average of 1,2%/min (Charges the battery from level 20% to level 90% in aprox 60min) (using the original AC power adapter of 60W) (under light use of laptop. If I'm using video call the charge rate is lower. If the laptop is not being used, then the rate is higher)

Interestingly (and disappointing), when I use another power adapter here (Dell's 65W) it charges at a significant slower rate (0,7%/min or even less if using video calls)... It's really strange. I didn't get the point. It doesn't make sense to me why XPS 13 9320 is not able to take advantage of the 65W power supply... (my guess is that it ends up using about 45W of the 65W AC power supply.

(and it's a pitty that Dell still doesn't sell spare 60W AC power adapter.. That's why I bought thr 65W instead in the hope it would charge the same way)

I just did more tests here to measure charging time and I found some interesting results:

- The 60W charger or 65W are actually the same (they both charge at 60W rate, I could check on BIOS). So, my previous assumption that there was difference between them resulted not being true.

- I realized that after some time using windows (for some reason) the charging rate decreased significantly (0,4%/min; which is 3x slower than it should). (regardless of using 60W or 65W charger).

I restarted windows and it's back to 1,3%/min charging rate (as it should). No idea why (and how long it takes after using windows) to have this significant drop in charging time.

Purchased 3 XPS 9320 for work to test,  all have same issue. Battery does not hold charge when the laptops are powered off. A fully charge battery will be dead in the morning regardless if the machine is powered off. Stay away from this model.
