Dell XPS 15 9560 Integrated Camera Doesn't Work
Hi,
I got a Dell XPS 15 9560 from a friend of mine, and the screen was broken. I just replaced the screen, and the webcam doesn't work. I haven't tested it to see if it worked before I replaced the screen.
I've done everything that I could in order to get my webcam working again. This is everything that I have done:
- Updated BIOS and chipset
- Reset Windows 10
- View all devices in the Device Manager (including hidden ones) to try and find the driver and update it
- Updated Windows and all other drivers
- Used SupportAssist to update everything that I can
- Tried different apps to test the camera in
- Enabled "Enable Camera" in the BIOS
- Reset the "Camera" app and enabled the camera for all apps on the computer
I have no idea with what else to do. It feels like it might be a hardware issue, but I don't remember there being another cord for the webcam to connect into the motherboard. I've tried everything, and I'm not sure of what else to do.
Thanks.

I have a similar issue, did you ever manage to fix the camera?
