I have only had my Dell XPS 15 9575 for 7 months and today the screen cracked whilst I was using the computer.
Has this happened to anyone else?
I thought I better say something as this seems like a manufacturing issue.
This being my first Dell product and also top of the range I am very concerned.
There's no way to know - but no manufacturer covers a cracked screen under warranty, so unless you have accidental damage insurance on the system, you'll need to contact Dell or a local repair shop for a screen replacement.
