Dell XPS 15 arrived yesterday, screen and keyboard poblems

Hi all,

I just got a new Dell XPS 15 after 3 (3!) weeks of my order (from the Dell website) and I have lots of problems.

The screen has an annoying blur which makes watching movies unpleasant42727768_1063625793794401_5515670454053896192_n.jpg  

 

But the main problem is the keyboard, it is like the windows key is recognized and it is impossible to write (the screen locks using the K, shortcuts are opened with others and so on)

Please advice.

Best bet with a faulty system out of the box: contact Dell to have it exchanged.
