XPS 13 9370, doesn't wake from sleep
Hi,
I recently purchased a brand new dell XPS 13 9370. I have noticed that when I close the laptop and get back to it after 15-20 minutes the laptop will not wake from sleep. The screen is black and the power button doesn't wake it either. The only way to turn it on is to hold the power button and wait for the laptop to hard restart. During this process the screen turns blue with a QR code and then immediately after goes back to the dell logo.

Try reflashing BIOS (same version), this sometimes cures sleep-related issues.

First change the power settings to turn off Hibernation and Hybrid sleep.

I would report this to Dell Support before making any drastic changes

Thank you all for your replies, reflashing the bios did fix the problem.
