Dell Xps 15 7590 Short Battery Life

So I've got my new XPS 15 7590 on the 15th of November and I'm making this post on the 18th of November so that makes it 3 days since I've got my new XPS 15. However, after using it for around 4 days I've found that the battery life is only two hours. I've looked around and found people with similar problems but only after months or years of usage.

This I've tried so far includes:
turned down the brightness
turned down battery mode to best battery life
disabled keyboard lighting
turned on extended battery life setting in Dell Power manager
I've even tried running a "custom component test" testing only battery, suggested in another post
Restarting computing
Made sure everything is to up to date

The only thing I haven't tried is taking the battery out and putting it back in as I don't have screw drivers of Torx heads. I've tried changing the power plan in the control panel but it only has two modes (Balanced and Dell). I've tried adding more modes but it only allows me to add Balanced; then I tried adding different power plans using command prompt which worked but after I restarted the computer the second day it disappeared.

Is it me or is anyone else also having this problem?
