Dell Xps 9q23 touchscreen upgrade

hello everyone ,

recently a few air bubbles  appeared on the top right of my xps screen ,

i thought it were water inside screen first ,

and when i tried to remove the screen -first time -thinking that i'll find a digitizer and a screen ,

it appeared to be one screen including both touch and screen ,

anyway the screen got broken and i'm looking for a replacement part for it now ,

unfortunately the screen is end of life from dell ,and out of stock in most of the web ,

i was wondering if i there are any compatible touchscreen would fit and work for me ,

screen code LP125WF1-SPA2 D/PN 019CFG ,

what is really interesting is the during the search online i crossed a screen that are compatible with xps 9q23 and xps 9250 ,

which makes me wonder  ,

if that is the case ,

if i used a xps 9250 screen instead of the 9q23 screen ,noticing that there are a higher specs panels for the 9250  4k one ,

would it work ,or it would just be a waste of time and money ,

xps 9250 screen and digitizer are separate

.D/pn for the 9250     OHGMJ6

please advise ,

thank you and best regards

For me was the same, i broke my screen. Then I call technical support in my city and they confirm to me that the screen it´s out of production but they can install it if i can get it. The reference of the part is in the back of the screen, in my case its 019CFG, should you use the same refrence

Good luck with your XPS, it´s an awsome PC
