Dell xps 15 9560 lag issues

I bought the dell xps 15 9560 32gb ram and nvidia gtx 1050 with 4k display around 1 year ago. This laptop cost me around $2000 which is not cheap and this is the WORST LAPTOP EVER. It lags for every single task I perform.It is the highest end in their lineup and yet it manages to be the worst laptop i ever used. Even youtube videos can't be watched in peace as it lags there as well. Forget about gaming, it's the worst there too. I bought fifa 20 recently and I haven't been able to play a single game properly. I tried contacting customer service but they were of no use. They asked me to run a few tests on me own and they concluded that everything is fine with my laptop. I recommend everyone to stay away from this laptop. I do hope dell helps me with this issue atleast now.
