Dell xps 7390 high cpu usage by ntoskrnl.exe System

Hi, I have high CPU usage by ntoskrnl.exe System and system interrupts. All drivers were installed by support assist application from dell. Alll windows updates installed.

Programs that were installed: skype, forticlient vpn, teams,firefox, citrix.

1. Perform full system scan preferably in safe mode.

2. Note path of file which is using high resources. Search internet to see whether that path is usual location of that file or not? If not that means your system is corrupted. 

3. If nothing works then byte the bullet and reset the windows

Run Windows Performance Recorder when this is happening, then open the results in Windows Performance Analyzer and look at the CPU usage graphs. You may need to load symbols, but you'll be able to see exactly what ntoskrnl.exe is doing that is taking up all that CPU. Or just do a clean install.
