Docking Station WIFI disconnect, Video output(PROBLEM)

i have a dell xps 13/9350, also I have a monitor to expand my desktops. I am connecting the monitor with USB 3 to VGA cable, it throws me off from the wifi?? what can i do besides the power output of wifi ,since dell update this. Any help please?? sorry for my english xD
