Firmware update failure, system dead

I have an XPS 13 9350, , which called for a firmware update at a time when the battery was low. I made the mistake of letting it go ahead, first checking the mains power was connected. Unfortunately the cable going into the power supply was loose and got disconnected at sometime during the firmware update. When I came back to the computer, reconnected the power, it was completely dead. None of the firmware recovery techniques would work, no lights came on. Any hope of recovering the motherboard?

Hi! We have replied to you on a private note.

Thanks - it fires up ok but I'm not there to really test it so can't be 100% sure that it's OK. I have faith in you though! I'll be back in Australia in March and will check it properly then.
