Flickering screen XPS 13 9360
Had a flickering screen image (even at Dell logo) on my XPS 13. Got slowly worse until black screen almost all the time. BIOS check of battery told me that it was not so good, so I changed it. Worked fine afterwards. Tried to see if there where cables that where loose, but did not see any so it was probably the battery.
No Events found!

More info: I tried every suggestion from the forum. Updated BIOS, using linux from USB, and even a total recovery and reinstallation of windows. Nothing worked.
