Going way, way back - XPS M1530 indicator LEDs
I have an old but reliable XPS M1530 that has been loaned to multiple children. Once I replaced the spinners with an SSD, this workhorse just goes and goes. So eventually things die, that's okay, and I'm working on it today. I've found the product documentation, but I cannot find a reference for any indicator LEDs that tell me hard drive access or charging state.
Did these ever exist? I know I'm going way back... please don't laugh at me ha

Never laugh. I admire your perseverance. Are these the indicator lights you are looking for? Also look here.

Hi there, did you manage to change your HDD to SSD?
I've got one of these as well but I'm struggling to find a SSD for it.
The Seagate Momentus 5400.3 HDD has 3 parts on the interface while the SSD's I've seen only have 2 parts.
