HDMI does not work over two left USB-c ports on XPS 9510

Hello,

approximately one week after I am not sure what exact UEFI or OS update, the two left USB-C ports stopped working for HDMI.

No screen is ever detected if I connect any USB-c to HDMI adapter, use any cable or any monitor in Windows or Linux.

I tried several different monitors from Dell and Samsung, several USB-c to HDMI adapters including the one shipped with laptop, several HDMI cables. I also tried Windows 10 and Ubuntu 22.04.

Everything works fine and screen is recognized and shows picture only if I use the one USB-c port on the right side of the laptop.

Notice, that before the left two USB-c were working fine with all the USB-c adapters and monitors I tried.
Other USB devices like wired network adapter or external USB drive work fine on those two left USB-cs.

Uefi in my laptop is of the latest version 1.12.0.
