How/Where to report unauthorised service centers ?

Where/How do we report unauthorised service centers claiming to be Dell authorised?

There is an organization claiming to be Dell authorised service center for laptop repair. But when I checked with Dell they are not. They show up first on maps search too.

I had notified Dell support folks via phone and they have said that they can do nothing about it.
