How to claim/return a faulty adapter?

Perhaps I am missing the obvious, but I have a Dell acount, I have my original (February 2017) order tied to the Dell account, I can see a warranty tab, but how do I let Dell know that my adapter (45W A/C) for my XPS 13 laptop died? The light has Iiterally gone out, it is not a frayed end or anything like that, so it looks like an electronics fault. What is the procedure to claim a repair or replacement for products under warranty?

You just need to contact tech support either via chat or through the phone and explain what happened and they should swap it out for you.

Thanks for the quick reply! I assumed it would be a form of some sort. I wonder whether I missed an obvious chat icon somewhere -- anyway,  no matter, I'll chase those two options, thanks again.
