Unfortunately unless there is a hardware problem there isn't much Dell can do until nVidia, Microsoft, and Intel work to fix the problem.  I have the same issues on my new Inspiron 7577 that I am just learning to live with at the moment until the above 3 make a fix for it.

This is not HW problem. Cuz on Windows 1703 i do have much less lags that 1709. 1709 is full unusable for me.
This is full software problem.
I am also using Kali Linux and i dont have any problem with Unix systems.
Also on Windows 8.1 all good and no any lags.

Would this apply for XPS 15 with 960m as well? Because ever since the most recent update my framerate had plummeted and CPU clock is at 1/3rd of what it should be
