Issues with wifi card since the beginning
I got a brand new xps 9310 in January and I have had nothing but problems with it despite it costing over $3000. Which is why I am reaching out here. I have had so many support tickets in with Dell, I no longer feel I can trust them. They keep telling me the killer wifi card is fine even though it constantly drops wifi.
They then told me it must be a software problem but I would have to pay them $129 for the privilege of them to check.
why should I purchased a brand new laptop that is supposed to be in full working order. I haven’t done anything to the software because I have barely used the thing, it’s useless. The only way I can get the wifi card to work again is reset the bios every time. Is that really a solution!?
What have other people done? Can I force them to take it back as it is still in warranty and fix what is wrong with it? I just keep getting them telling me there is nothing wrong with it. It’s a very expensive piece of metal sat on my desk. Please help, I don’t know where else to turn.

New drivers were released around 6 days ago that reportedly work better. I have also seen that the Intel, I believe it has Intel based AX200, work better than the Killer drivers. The driver page is located here.

Ok thanks I’ll give them a try. That’s more helpful than Dell has been so far.
