Latitude 9520, MH3021P unresponsive after failed firmware update

I received the mh3021p test for our field. Typically first thing we do is to see if there are any firmware updates. I used the mh3021p update utility A5 off the Dell website.  At the end of the update it claimed it failed. Since then the device shows no light on and when I plug anything into it it doesn't show up either.  In Device Manager is shows up under libusb-win32 devices (screenshot attached ). I've tried a few different PCs and all are doing the same thing. Currently trying to bring it back to life on my Dell Latitude 9520.
