Ordered XPS 15 2020 on Aug 3rd. still processing?

I ordered a XPS 15 2020 on Aug 3rd. The order was at first stopped by my bank so it was so much. I got an email from Dell saying there was a problem with your bank, as expected. And that they would try again in 3 hours to charge the amount. Well it went through or at least I think it did because they took the funds out of my bank account. But my order is still showing "Processing" does that mean that they are building it or they are still processing my order for funds? When I go to order details it does say confirmed though.
