Paid for my order but Dell cannot find the order...£2000 LIMBO
I recently went online and purchased a new Dell XPS 13.
The same day the almost £2000 came out of my account.
I was given a date for delivery.
In the run up to this date, i checked my order, through the IR number and could see all the details of the order, but that the order was still in processing.
The delivery date passed.
I contacted both automated telephone and online customer care, both completely useless, as they couldn't help me with my order because they couldn't find it.
Now i am stuck with no laptop, having paid out ~£2000 to dell, and no one at dell seems capable of investigating / resolving this.
