Permanent battery failure XPS12 9Q23
Hi
I have a DELL XPS12 9Q23 laptop, that needs a battery replacement. Where can i buy a replacement battery for the laptop. I live in Rome, Italy

When you replaced the battery, did you reset the system (with the power AND battery disconnected, hold the power button for 30 sec?
And - is this an OEM Dell battery or did it come from a third-party supplier?
