Probably windows crash

I start the laptop a blue screen appears saying critical proccess died then a loop starts where the laptop restarts blue screen and then dell support assist kicks in and there are two choices shut down and settings for experts help!!!

Thank you for your message. What is the system model in question here? What is the OS installed?

 

Was there any recent software or hardware changes made?

What is the error code in the bluescreen?

 

Run a hardware diagnostic by following the video on this link & check if there is an error.
