Radeon Graphics card not showing in device manager

Hi everyone!

Unfortunately I have encountered an issue recently which do not allow me to use my graphics card (AMD Radeon RX Vega M GL) on my XPS 15 9575 2-in-1.

The issues started at some point when I have tried to update my drivers using a third-party software. Now, in my Device Manager, the card is shown as hidden and I receive a prompt saying the device is not connected.

I have tried everything - from re-installing the graphic drivers, to uninstalling the drivers and re-boot, to re-install windows 10. Nothing has been helping. I was wondering if there were any issues with other components, however that is really the only thing I have issues with. I do not normally have the need to use the graphics card, but I would like to use some more graphically intensive software and now I find myself unable to.

I have not tried to format the SSD and do a clean install, however I would really appreciate any advice.

Many thanks,

Brahms

Open the device manager and locate the Display Adapters entry.  Do both GPUs show entries there?

Only the Integrated Intel GC is showing. To reveal the AMD graphic's card I have to toggle the option to show hidden devices and then it appears. As I mentioned in the post, when looking at the properties it says "the device is not connected".

I uninstalled the device recently to have another go at fixing the issue and have not yet installed the drivers, so at the moment it's not showing on my device list, but I quite confidently can say it would probably stay as mentioned above.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to this thread, by the way. I really appreciate!
