The missing logical keyboard layout for French Canadian on newer (2019-2020) XPS models
My XPS 17 9700 has a US-Type 101 key layout, but intended for French Canadian Layout:
Using French Canadian layout, « and » cannot be produced.
This is no standard keyboard. When using the best-fitting "Canadian French Keyboard" logical layout in Windows, the « and » keys cannot be produced. With this "Canadian French - XPS bilingual", AltGr-z will produce '«' and AltGr-x will produce '»'.
Created with Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator 1.4.
Note that this works for Windows only. For native Linux installations, another solution needs to be found.

Merci! Espérons que windows mise à jour sa disposition du clavier français canadien pour que les fonctions altgrz et altgrx génèrent les guillemets peu importe si la touche extra des guillemets est présente ou non.
