Trackpad on Dell XPS 13 Plus 9320 Stopped Working
Hi all,
I recently received my new Dell XPS 13 Plus from Best Buy. It's been 8 days and my trackpad won't respond. It still makes feedback when clicked, but will not scroll or move the mouse. Please help, I don't want to have to return this.

Try resetting the BIOS to factory defaults. That fixed my trackpad issues.

In the control panel/dell touchpad is the touchpad disabled? Have you connected a USB mouse to the system which may disable the touchpad?
