To my knowledge there isn’t a 9345, only a 9343, but that model had a Mini-DisplayPort connector rather than USB-C/Thunderbolt, so even if everything else about this worked (which is very far from certain), the motherboard ports wouldn’t line up with the chassis port cutouts.
The answer is no -- despite external similarities, the boards will not interchange. While you could replace the entire base assembly, you'll come out ahead by selling the existing system and buying a new one -- major component upgrades come with at best 90 day warranties -- and you'll be spending hundreds of dollars to buy the parts necessary to upgrade the system you have.
