Upgrading my XPS 15 9570 Ram

According to your specs they should work fine 2x8GB = 16GB total.

Yes $20 less is a good deal.

But the "Advertised" CAS of memory is in no way an indication of "Memory Performance"

And with just 1ns or less difference, I doubt if it is very noticeable.

Thanks @U2CAMEB4ME for the reply, i know about Crucial's but i was actually thinking about Kingston's because they have a low CAS Latency than the others, and they're much cheaper, i'm not a tech guru but i think the lower the CAS latency the better

I have Dell ups 15 9570 i7 8750h processor laptop with 8 GB ram (4x2).

Can I remove one 4 GB and replace with 8 or 16 GB? Meaning total ram 4 + 8 or 4 + 16.

Is this ok?

Im looking at the same ram in a 2*8 config, but there seems to be cas latency issues with Dell...

I know it is late but always match memory.  If you have 2 slots keep 4x4 or 8x8 and so on.
