Urgent : XPS 7390 2 in 1 Touch screen issues
Hi,
I have noticed some touch screen issues on my laptop.
From top to bottom, the touch screen accuracy decreases (for example if i try to open an app from the taskbar, i have to click almost outisde of the screen display). At the bottom, i would say that there is at least a 5mm gap between where i touch and where the screen reacts. I though that it was only a finger touch issue, but i have the same problem with my pen. I have calibrated the screen many times, but the problem keeps coming back.
This is really painful to use, as i use the touch screen a lot and i cannot use it anymore.

Hi,
I have the 4K version.
The problem was solved by recalibrating the screen. I had to do it couple times but since then the pb never appeared.

Have you solved your problem? Is it a 4k or fhd display? I have the same problem and would like to know the solution if you already have one.
