WD19TB Power Delivery Issues

At this point, my power limit throttle issues are coming from dell dock not able to supply enough power to laptop.

It is no mystery thunderbolt ports can only supply a max of 100 watts but laptop needs 130. I do not know what dell did to try an improve efficiency while plugged into dock but it is not working!

There are no problems while laptop is running on battery or plugged into adapter supplied with it.

A simple solution would be if Dell can get the laptop to prefer being supplied via power adapter while also plugged into WD19TB dock. Or use both to satisfy laptops power needs.

As it is using both plugged in seems to conflict and cause issues.

How difficult would that be? I see this solution as a viable fix to this huge problem, though not an elegant one.

I bios update to change power supply switching behavior should be easy.
