Warranty Troubles

Just bought a brand new Dell XPS 15 laptop to only have its power distribution section fail after a couple months of use. I sent it in to get it fixed under my warranty only to have it mailed back to me a bit over a month later still unfixed. Is there someone I can talk to that can help me? I have a whole email chain from technical support claiming Dell does not fix computers with faulty hardware.

I could really use some help getting my machine back up and running.

I would suggest reposting this in the Customer Care forum. There are moderators there that can pass your concerns on to the proper department. That forum would be here.

Just curious though, did you add any hardware before you sent the system in for repairs?

I did nothing to the computer, did some research and it appears that this brand of laptop just has some fairly high probability for a failure in the power switching circuitry.
