Which docking station for XPS13 9370(2018) with Linux Mint (or Ubuntu)

Hi, 
I've just installed Linux Mint on my XPS13 9370. I'd like to connect a bigger monitor to it but I saw there are compatibilies issues with Ubuntu (probably with Linux Mint) so I wonder which hardware I should buy to make it work out of the box. 
If there's no compatible docking station, what are my options ?
