Windows 11 update XPS 13 7390
Hi there,
I have a Dell XPS 13 7390 and still didn't get the Windows 11 update. This model is on the Dell's list of laptops that were tested for upgrade to Windows 11. I just wondering when will the update come, if someone knows anything it would be great!

MS has indicated that the updates will be phased in at various times for users and it could be mid 2022 before you see it. In the meantime you can update by 2 methods here at the Windows 11 download page. The first method is the Installation Assistant which is the same as using the update method. The second is the media creation tool for Windows 11 which works exactly like the Windows 10 tool.

Well, it's now coming up to October 2022 and my XPS 13 7390 Update Window still says, "Coming soon: Windows 11, version 22H2".
Why is it taking so long and why is there a problem?

Actually I don't think this issue is solved. There might be a workaround, but still the expectation is, that an expensive windows 11 compatible laptop like the XPS 7390 can be upgraded through regular update service. So: whats the problem?

Agreed with all the other users, this is NOT fixed. Windows 11 was released more than 13 months ago, and we still have not got the push from Windows Update even though the Win 11 22H2 has been available to the public, There is always risk to install it directly as certain drivers/programs will be missing. Can someone from Dell talk to Microsoft and figure out what is going on? We'd like to know what the issue is and if there is an ETA. Thanks.
